Description

ST DAY FORE STREET SW 74 SW (south side) 11/347 Berlewen and former shop to right GV II House and shop, now all one dwelling. Mid to later C19, slightly altered. Snecked granite, part covered by scored render, modern tiled roof. Double-depth plan, the shop forming the right-hand half. Two low storeys and 3 bays; the house has a doorway to the 2nd bay, with pilaster jambs, cornice on consoles, and recessed door up 3 internal steps, one 4-pane sashed window to the left and 2 above; the shop has a double-fronted window with recessed doorway (altered door) and 2- light windows with slender shafts and large slightly arched lights, all under a fascia with dentilled cornice; and one 4-pane sash above. Interior not inspected. Included for group value with Amber House to the left.
