Public house and shop. 1790. Hammer-dressed watershot stone
with slate roof. Double-depth plan with a total of four bays
and three storeys. Quoins. Shop window in bay 1. Entrance
doorcase in bay 3 with moulded surround and a cornice. Bay 3
has sash windows on the upper floors, the other bays have
paired sash windows with square-cut stone surrounds and
separating mullions. Eaves cornice. Ridge and gable chimney
stacks. Flat-faced mullion windows to gable and rear which
is partly rendered and has a mullion and transom stair
window.
