Threshing barn. Probably late C19. Local stone rubble with red brick dressings and
a slate roof, gabled at ends.
Plan: Rectangular on plan, forming a yard with the contemporary C19 shippon range
(q.v.).
Exterior: A large threshing door on the front has paired doors and stone cheeks with
brick quoins supporting a slate pent roof. Smaller doorway to the left with a
segmental brick arch and brick jambs, 2 windows in left return.
Interior: Not inspected.
Group value with the farmhouse to the south and other farmbuildings in the yard.
