Two C17 timber-framed houses originally jettied to the street, with projecting gabled
wing to rear and early C18 stair turret. Colour-washed brick casing up to first-floor,
and rough-cast rendered timber-frame. Plain tile roof, three ridge stacks. Six
window ranges at both floor levels of horizontal sliding sashes and modern casements
with glazing bars. Panelled door. Interior has original inglenook hearths and
deeply carved and moulded ceiling beams.
