Built circa 1910. Vernacular Revival house designed by Rev Oliphant. One-storey
and attics. Red brick, rendered cross-wing to left hand. Plain tile roofs.
Weather-boarded gable dormer windows. Casement windows with diagonal and rectangular
leafed lights and with locally forged fittings. Bay window to right hand and lean-to
porch. Panelled door with strap hinges.
Interior: Galleried staircase hall, two large inglenook hearths, original doors and
cupboards.
