Cottage. Late C17 or early C18. Timber-framed with roughcast render.
Thatched roof, half hipped to right hand. Rectangular planned red brick
ridge stack. One storey and attic, four unit plan. Entrance in C20 closed
porch to right hand. Three ground floor windows with glazing bars and one
horizontal sliding sash window; two eyebrow casement dormer windows.
Interior: Light scantling to exposed chamfered floor frames. Hearth with
mantel beam and two niches each with shaped heads.
