Late C18 to early C19, corner building. Two storey, 3 window stuccoed front.
Parapet with recessed panels and cornice. Rounded corner to Rocky Hill has blind
windows. Gable end facing Rocky Hill has semi-circular attic window with Gothic
glazing bars.
