House, late C18. Watershot coursed sandstone, slate roof with end
wall chimneys, slate roof with skylights. Double-depth plan, 3 bays. Two
storeys; at the junction of the 1st and 2nd bays a panelled door with
pedimented architrave; at ground floor 3 stepped triple-light windows, at 1st
floor 7 vertical rectangular windows. Right return wall has double flight of
external stone steps to 1st floor (restored); rear has some flush mullion
windows. Interior: original staircase with open string, triple balusters,
ramped handrail; original doors with fielded panels; extensive vaulted cellars
with rear access.
