Row of 4 cottages in one build. Early C19; altered. Brick, slate roof
with 4 chimneys. Double-depth, all single-fronted. Two storeys; doorways
to left, up 3 steps; Nos. 4 and 6 have one window on each floor, Nos. 8
and 10 have one window at ground floor and 2 above; windows of Nos. 4 and
lo are 16-pane sashes, others are altered as top-hung casements. Nos. 6,
8 and 10 have cellars with altered (reduced) openings now covered by hinged
wooden covers, former open "areas" in front now filled in. Listed for
group value.
