House. Probably a C19 remodelling of a C17 or earlier house. Rendered cob and
rubble walls. Gable-ended slate roof fairly steeply pitched with small pottery
finial at left gable-end. Rendered brick rear lateral stack.
Plan: 2-room plan with central entry, possibly passage. Left-hand room heated by
rear lateral stack. It may have once formed part of a larger house. C19 rear
additions.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front of early C19 16-pane sashes apart
from a late C20 2-light casement to the right on the ground floor. Central C19
panelled and part-glazed door.
