House. Probably circa mid C17 but possibly with earlier origins. Plastered cob and
rubble walls. Gable ended thatch roof. Brick stack at each gable end.
Plan: not entirely clear due to lack of internal access but probably 2 rooms,
possibly with small unheated service room at centre. Newel stair projection behind
right-hand room. Small outbuilding at left-hand end which is either integral or
slightly later and may have been a stable.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Regular 3-window front of circa early C20 3-light casements,
2-light at centre on first floor. The central part projects slightly with a C20
plank door. Outbuilding at left-hand end has door with loading hatch above.
Interior inaccessible at time of survey but is believed to contain heavy ceiling
beams and open fireplaces. Early roof timbers may also survive.
