Outbuilding, formerly a cottage. Early C18. Coursed limestone rubble with freestone dressings. Collyweston stone slated roof. Chamfered coped parapet gables with end stacks, upper courses of brick. One storey and attic. Two ground floor casement windows with wooden lintels, two casement gabled dormer windows. Side entry altered with double doors, loop hood mould above single light attic window in east gable. Included for group value.
