TA 11 SW BROCKLESBY BROCKLESBY PARK

1/27 Estate Office

G.V. II

Estate office, late C18 with C19 alteration. Yellow brick with
stucco dressings, slate hipped roof with broad bracketed eaves,
lead dressings and 3 wall stacks. 3 bay 2 storey front with
first floor band. Central panelled door in eared surround
covered by glazed porch with shaped lead roof. Flanked by single
glazing bar sashes; to first floor are 3 similar windows. All
windows have flat rubbed brick arches. To either end elevation
are C19 canted bays with glazing bar sashes; that to the left
rises through 2 storeys.
