House, late C16/early C17, altered in C20. Timber framed, plastered, roof
thatched. 3 bays aligned NE-SW, with axial chimney stack at NE end of middle
bay, aspect NW. Single-storey lean-to extension at SW end, C20, and C20
extension to rear of NE end. Single storey with attics. C20 door in thatched
gabled porch, 3 C20 casement windows, one more in eyebrow dormer. Interior has
jowled posts, arched bracing trenched inside heavy studs, plain-chamfered axial
beams, joists of horizontal section. Ground floor hearth rebuilt. At the SW
end of the middle bay there is a pair of doorways with C15 mouldings, re-used.
