C17, early C19, modern. An irregular group of attached small structures, the oldest
(eastern block) having the appearance of a former granary or cart-shed; to this was
added a (now central) unit in the early C19 to form a cottage of one-storey with attic;
the western block of 2 storeys is recent but uses old timbers and has a ½-hexagon
projecting staircase. Old tile roofing, hipped; 2 small gabled dormers. The old and
modern exposed framing is brick-nogged, other walling in brickwork (Monk bond) with a
plinth and some tile-hanging. Modern small casements and boarded doors.
