GV II

House. Early C17 with mid-C19 alterations, restored 1981. Timber-frame
with plastered infill on stuccoed brick ground floor, tile roof. Two storeys
on cellar, with attic lit by two gabled dormers; one window: 4-light casement;
ground floor: 4-light casement, passage to right has a moulded wooden archi-
trave with a ledged and boarded door which has C17 strap hinges. Framing:
close-studding with mid-rail, moulded bressummer to shallow first floor and
attic jetty.
