House and shop, with rear extension as a residence. C18. Walls of painted brick-
work in Flemish Garden Wall bond, plaster moulded 1st floor band, and plaster
moulded and coved eaves: the rear part of brickwork (some painted) and roughcast.
Steep hipped tile roof to the front, with two hipped dormers, lower rear wings
end in gables. Symmetrical east front elevation of two storeys and attic three
windows (centre blank). Upper sashes in reveals, the ground-floor (used as a
shop) has a plain south side window and a north side splayed bay (beneath a
canopy on brackets). Doorcase with open pediment, with panelled soffit, on
carved brackets, thin plain architraves. The long rear wing is irregular, with
vernacular features.
