Late C19. Red brick, ashlar dressings. Pitched slate roof. Two storeys and attics.
String. Polygonal angle turret, corbelled out, with transomed windows and conical
roof with finial. Two mullion-and-transomed windows per side on first floor.
Three round-arched windows per side on ground floor: moulded impost bands, hoodmoulds.
One attic gable on each side, each with crocketed finial and mullioned windows.
Front door has pediment over, with coat of arms and "Local Board Offices" in tympanum.
