Shop with accommodation. Mid C19. Brick, painted, a lot of stucco dressings, slate
roof. 2 storey, 4 bay. On ground floor glazed doors to RH of centre bay and between
LH bays. At RH end 4-pane door to flat over. Over these rusticated arch. Elsewhere
between rusticated pilasters and under similar arches, are 2 plate-glass shop windows
under rectangular fanlight of 3 or 4-panes. Over balcony on cast-iron brackets
with railings having anthemions and stars on top of uprights. On 1st floor between
each bay pilaster, those each end and in centre with applied capital. In each bay
large sash with narrow side panes and segmental head that cuts frieze. Over full
entablature, moulded cornice with small modillions and low parapet. Central ridge
stack with modillioned off-set head.
