Pair of houses, probably late C18. Coursed herringbone-tooled sandstone; pan-
tiled roof with stone copings and kneelers, brick stacks. 3 storeys, 1 bay
each. Doors painted in centre, The Haven a C20 stable-type door, with glazed
top panel, The Hoe a 6-panel door, both in plain wood frames. At either side
and on first floor 4-pane sashes (lost intermediate bars) except for replacement
at first floor right. On second floor short 8-pane sashes. Block kneelers and
end chimneys, the left one tall against the gable end of neighbouring house.
