Mid-late C19. Jacobean style bank with carved stone balustraded parapet incorporating
word 'Bank', on brackets. 3 storeys in red brick with fish-scale roof. Stone
stacks to gable ends. Carved stone quoins. 4 windows, the outer of 4 lights,
the inner of 6 lights. Stone mullion and transoms. Moulded string between storeys.
Ground floor has 2 windows of 8 lights. 2 outer doorways with Jacobean carved
finials, hood on brackets, carved spandrels, keystone. Included as part of a
group with buildings in the Market Place.

Nos 21 to 27 (odd) form a group together with Nos 1 to 7 (odd) Silver Street and
No 10 Silver Street. Nos 25 and 27 are of local interest only.
