Headstone or footstone. Probably late C18. Slate. Nowy-headed headstone,
inscribed with a verse without a date or name: the cutting is late C18 in character,
with an hour glass carved in the head.
The tradition of stones with verses with neither date nor name is found at St Giles
in the Wood, the neighbouring parish.
