- East Butterleigh House and forming
the east side of the farmstead.

Barn and former stables. Early C19. Cob, stone plinth, roughcast, under gabled-end
slate roof. 2 storeyed wagon entrance adjoins the right-hand (east) end of the
house, the main range of farmbuildings returning to form the eastern side of the
farmstead; 2 pointed 2-light windows to 1st floor, with Y-tracery and internal
shutters, another to ground floor glazed. Hay loft access above; wagon entrances
below, with 2 barred casement windows. Buttressing to rear, along with an extension
with brick and stone patching. The contemporary wrought-iron gates and 2 rusticated
stone piers adjoining this range, and forming the entrance to the farmstead, are
included in this listing.
