Earlier-mid C19 villa. 3 storeys. Double fronted with 4 windows. Welsh slate
roof. Stucco front with rusticated ground floor. Plain 1st floor band. Cornice
and blocking course with panelled centre-piece. Recessed sash windows; architraved
ground floor windows with cornices. Doorcase with pilasters carrying entablature.
Recessed doorway with rectangular fantlight and ½ glazed door.
