GV II

Terraced house converted to 2 shops and flat. Mid C19, colourwashed and rough
cast brick with slate roof. 2½ storeys to market place with hipped, bow
fronted extension, and at rear, basement storey and lean-to extension. Double
bow fronted shop front to market place with central double doors and flanking
pilasters to windows with glazing bars. C20 tile hanging above with C20 sash
windows. To the right 6 panel door with timber moulded pilasters, patera
stops and projecting cornice. C19 sash windows with glazing bars. C20 shop
extension to far right with flat roof. Scattered C20 fenestration including
3 gabled dormers at the rear. Timber eaves with shaped brackets and axial
stack to left. Included for group value.
