C18 with alterations. 2 storey and attic. Brick colourwashed. Pantiles. Ogee bracket eaves cornice. 2 dormers with glazing bars, 6 windows, flush frame sash with glazing bars. Pedimented doorcase. 6-panel door with fielded panels, steps up and wrought iron rail. Ground floor, left, modern bay display window and window above, with modern glazing, now forms wing of adjoining premises. Moulded floor band. Plinth.
Interior: hewn roof trusses and purlins to roof of Council Chamber.

Nos 11 to 15 (consec) form a group.
