House. Early C19. Brick and flint with occasional carstone galleting and
slate roof. Originally 2 properties. 2 storeys in 5 bays. Doorway right
of centre flanked by one full sized sash window to right and narrow sash to
left. 3 further sashes to ground floor and 4 to first floor, that in east
bay blocked. All windows with glazing bars and beneath gauged skewback arches.
Paired modillion eaves cornice and gabled roof. 3 ridge stacks at intervals,
each with twin flues of chevron, spiral or diamond cut brick. Included for
group value.
