Cottage. C17. Flint, brick rubble and dressings, red pantiles. 1 1/2 storeys.
2 casement windows, glazing bars C20. Boarded door, tiled porch, c1900. Brick
quoins to windows, door and to filled in rectangular mullioned windows suggest
C16 or C17 date. 2 dormers, 2 2-light casements, glazing bars. Brick eaves.
West gable: kneelers, brick parapet end stack. Steep pitched roof. S. gable,
stack, kneeler and parapet rebuilt. Gable with distinctive single course of
brick alternating with bands of flint.
