House. Circa C16. Stone rubble, partly plastered. Thatched roof with hipped and
half-hipped ends and eyebrow eaves. The ridge and eaves of the lower (west) end
slope down to lower level. Two storeys. Four/five window range. Two, three and
four-light casements with glazing bars. Left hand gabled dormer. Doorway off
centre with plank door and modern thatched porch. Brick ridge chimney stacks.
Interior: stopped chamfer ceiling beams. Fireplace with chamfered bressumer and
jambs. There appears to be evidence that there was a timber (probably plank and
muntin type) screen in the east (upper) end.
