Detached house. c1830. Ashlar limestone front, coursed rubble
sides and rear: ashlar chimneys; stone slate roof. Two-storey
with attic. Front: 3-window fenestration, all 12-pane sashes in
plain openings. Central doorway with 4-panel door and Regency iron
porch with tent hood. Two C20 gabled roof dormers with small-paned
casements. Gable end chimneys with moulded caps. Off-centre sash
fenestration to ends. Interior not inspected.
