A timber-framed and plastered house of Cl5 origin, with a cross wing a south-east
end. Originally there was a crosswing at the north west end but this has been
destroyed. A modern gabled wing has been added at the south-east end. The cross
wing is jettied on the 1st storey, The main block is 1 storey and attics and
the cross wing is 2 storeys. The windows are casements with glazingbars. Roof
tiled, with 3 modern dormer windows to the main block. Renovated in the C20.
(RCHM 23).
