Detached cottage. Probably C18. Brick walls, tiled roof, brick end stack.
2 storeys. Single-storey lean-to at east end. Entrance in west gable wall.
Main elevation has, on ground floor, 3 casement windows with glazing bars
(one replacing original door). First floor has 2 horizontally sliding sash
windows with glazing bars. Internally, main ground floor roomhas large
open fireplace with timber lintol - part built up, and one chamfered ceiling
beam. RCHM Monument 34.
