One of a pair of houses. Early to mid C19. Roughcast, gabled slated roof, with
wide eaves. Rendered axial stack to left.
Plan and development: the right hand of 2 symmetrical semi-detached houses, each
with a central entrance hall with flanking rooms. The left hand house Westella is
not included because of alterations.
Exterior: symmetrical late Georgian front. 2 storeys, 2 bays, 12-pane sash windows
with exposed sash boxes. Door opening to right with a half-glazed door.
Interior: not inspected.

Plan and development: 2 symmetrical semi-detached houses, each with a central
entrance hall with flanking rooms.
Exterior: symmetrical late Georgian front. 2 storeys, 2:2 bays, 12-pane sash
windows with exposed sash boxes. 2 door openings, to left a half-glazed door, later
half-glazed porch, interesting traceried glazed door. Door opening to right with a
half-glazed door.
Interior: not inspected.
