Farmhouse. C17 with C18 and C19 details. Two storey four window house of two builds. Clunch and carstone with brick dressings, whitewashed, red pantiled roof. Garden front, C17 build to east now comprising C19 casements of one, two and three lights each. Two first floor casements of two-lights and one plate glass sash with single glazing bar division. Evidence of blocked brick dressed long and low windows original to the house. Brick end quoins, line of brick now built into first floor suggests original height of eaves and earlier roof.

Build to west C18 : ground floor five-sided single storey bay addition having C18 sash with thick glazing bars, to west one ground and one first floor sash with glazing bars. Cut carstone end quoins. Hipped gable at west, verged at east; axial and east end stacks. To east single storey attached whitewashed and red pantiled wing.
