Farmhouse. c.1800. Buff-grey gault brick, smut pantiled roof. Three bay two storey house with two storey lean-to wing at north. Two ground and three first floor wooden framed casement cross windows with glazing bars, ground floor under flat brick arches, first floor straight headed. Central entrance with inserted C20 door. Brick dentil eaves cornice, brick coped parapet end gables with end stacks. Two storey brick faced clunch returns. Lean-to with one ground floor casement and one first floor two-light casement.
