Detached cottage, formerly 2 cottages. Probably C18. Rubble stone walls -
front wall plastered. Stone slate roof; brick end and centre stacks, 2 storeys.
2 gabled porches - one now with window. First floor has 2 casement windows
with glazing bars. Lean-to extension at left end, of one storey; stone with
stone slate roof, has ledged door and one casement window with glazing bars.
2 storeyed gabled rear extension. Picturesque, in attractive setting. RCHM
Monument 26 (Dorset Vol II).
