House, former farmhouse. Mid C17. South-west wing added, also outbuilding on
north, in late C18. Plastered cob walls, hipped thatched roof, brick stack on
ridge south of centre. Part 2 storeys, part one storey and attic. Projecting
single-storey wing at front, also C17 - probably a former dairy. This has
2 casement windows with centre glazing bar. Right of this, in main range, a
ledged door approached up steps, with narrow side lights. One dormer over,
with casements. Left of the wing, ground floor has one casement window with
glazing bars. First floor has one casement window with centre glazing bar and
a blocked mullioned window. C20 conservatory at left end.

Internally, some open fireplaces and exposed ceiling beams. RCHM Monument 6.
