C18. Two storeys, 3 windows. Symmetrical facade with old tile roof and brick dentil
eaves; tapered stacks at each end above single-storeyed outshots (that on the south
being the well house). Painted brick walling in Flemish bond, ground-floor cambered
openings with keystones. Square-leaded old casements, within are folding shutters.
Doorway has a flat moulded canopy on carved brackets, solid frame, and 6-panelled door
(2 top glazed). To the rear, south side, is a single-storeyed block in tile and brick,
which was the workshop of the resident tailor; now a small dwelling.
