GV II

House. Early C19. Rendered scribed as ashlar, end pilaster to left, wide eaves, pantile roof, brick ridge stack. Two
storeys, single bay, 16-pane sash windows in decorative architraves with emphasised keystones. Door opening adjacent to
right of window on ground floor, late C19 glazed and panelled door; flat wooden hood supported on fluted pilasters and
2 brackets. Included principally for group value.
