House and attached stable and trapshed. Early - mid C19 with later
extension. Squared sandstone with slate roof and brick stacks. Central-
stairhall plan, originally one room deep, rear extensions added. 2-storey,
3-window front, with single-storey 3-bay range to left. Centre door of 6
panels, 2 glazed, beneath blocked patterned overlight. 9-pane fixed window
over door. Remaining windows are 12-pane sashes. Stone sills to all
windows. Flat arches to ground-floor openings and to first-floor centre
window. Coped gables and shaped kneelers. End stacks. Rear: outbuilding
opens on to small cobbled yard. Plank doors to stable and trapshed, with
timber lintels. Partitioned stable has cobbled floor.
