House and service wing which is now a separate dwelling. Early C19. Coursed and
squared rubble, hipped bitumen treated slate roof to house with wide eaves,
triple-Roman tiles to service wing, coursed and squared rubble stacks. House
symmetrical, 2 storeys, 3-bays, centre bay breaks forward slightly, sash windows
with glazing bars. Central door opening, panelled door, transom light with glazing
bars, "trellis" porch. Service wing to left, now Great House Cottage, single
storey, 4 bays, sash windows with glazing bars, door opening between third and
fourth bays, panelled door, "trallis" porch; to extreme left a throughway with
a segmental head.
