Cottage. Cl7 with mid-C19 and mid-C20 alterations and additions.
Timber-framed, painted brick infill, brick replacement walling, sandstone
rubble and brick plinth, plain tiled roof and external brick chimney to
east side elevation. Two framed bays; entrance in south gable end; single
storey and attic. Framing: three square panels from sill to wall-plate,
short straight braces in upper corners and collar-and-tie-beam trusses.
South entrance elevation has a C20 lean-to glazed porch and door and a
2-light casement in attic; west side elevation has a 3-light casement,
and east side elevation has a lean-to addition adjacent to chimney. C20
flat-roofed extension at rear gable end.
