C17 timber framed house of 3 storeys and attic, 2 windows, now plastered over. High pitched, tiled roof with 2 gabled dormers and deep, box eaves. Slightly jet tied second floor resting on moulded beams. First and second floor. Windows are canted bays with mullions and transoms although most of the glazing is later. Central chimney stack considerably resorted, The back of this building was formerly numbered 17 in French Row and has a door with octagonal panels in C17 moulded frame.
