C17 timber framed house of three storeys and attic, two windows, now plastered over. High pitched, tiled roof with two gabled dormers and deep, box eaves. Slightly jettied second floor resting on moulded beams. First and second floor. Windows are canted bays with mullions and transoms although most of the glazing is later. Central chimney stack considerably restored, The back of this building was formerly numbered 17 in French Row and has a door with octagonal panels in C17 moulded frame.
