Painted stucco, slate roof. Yellow brick to rear N side. 2
storeys, 4 windows. Half-glazed door, latticework, zinc-roof
porch. 1st floor 8/8-pane sashes and ground floor late-C19
canted bay window. Ornamental bargeboard to N gable. Timber-
frame rear S side. Continuous with No 117. Included for group
value.
