Late C18. 2 storeys and attic. Red brick walls, moulded cornice. Hipped
old tile roof. 4 windows and central door. Doorway, arched fanlight,
pilasters supporting cornice and open pediment, panelled reveals, six
panel door. Sashes with glazing bars in elliptical heads. Two modern
dormers. Incorporating part of the City wall. Forms the terminal feature
of Symonds Street.
