Probably c1500 timber framed, floor inserted C16/17. Early C20 rough cast and imitation half timbered front. Slate roof continuous with No 88. Two storeys. Modern ground floor shop; C19, fielded-panel double doors on north. Modern leaded casements, one early/mid C19 10/10-pane sash window in moulded architrave surround. Three bays, south two bays with exposed, chamfered and stopped floor beams, their upper floors having heavy tie beams. Probably crown post in south end wall (see No 88). Sooted plaster panels in upper parts of attic partition walls.
