House. Late C18. Local stone coursed rubble; Welsh slate roof with gable overhangs; brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays with added window to ground floor. 2-and 3-light small casement windows with horizontal bars, the upper windows having iron frame opening lights, the lower windows set in voussoired segmental arched opeings, and deeper; left of bay 1 a C20 snail-pane casement in similar opening; door with glazed toplight to bay 2, under pitched roof timber hood on brackets. Single storey extension on North gable, Interior not seen.
To front boundary wall a low ashlar kerb with C19 cast iron railings having alternate loops and arrowheads, with curved returns to house; central matching gates without piers, all contributing to setting of house.
