Cottage. Probably C18. Local stone coursed rubble, colourwashed; stone slate roof-artificial slates on East slope-with
plain gables; stone chimney stacks. 2 storeys; 3-bay West elevation at right angles to road. 2-light leaded casement
windows, the uppers in old frames with wrot iron opening frames, the lowers renewed; projecting porch with stone slate
roof to bay 2, with pointed arch doorway on side; left of roof between bays an upper semi-circular arched window.
Single bay extension with double Roman clay tile roof on North gable: South gable has a 2-light casement with pointed
arched lights and ornamental leaded panes at upper level under timber lintol, Interior not seen.
