Late C18 or early C19: brown brick. Hipped slate roof. Three storeys. Projecting
wood modillioned eaves cornice. Three bays: cased flush-framed sashes with glazing
bars and channelled stucco voussoirs. Two ground floor canted bars with moulded
wooden cornices. Door with moulded surround and 2 Tuscan half-columns taking full
entablature. Approach to eastern side door flanked by fence made up of C18, turned
wooden stair balusters and columnar newels.
