3 houses of one build. Early C19. Hammer-dressed stone. 2 storeys,
6 first-floor windows, one to Fellside, 3 to South View, 2 to Hillcrest.
Fellside: C20 glazed door in doorcase of square-section pilasters and plain
entablature. South View: 6-panel door, upper 2 glazed, in doorcase of
square-section pilasters carrying open pediment. Hillcrest: board door in
doorcase of square-section pilasters with plain entablature. Plate glass
sashes beneath stone lintels throughout. Cyma cornice to South View. Gable
coping. Hipped roof to Hillcrest. End and ridge stacks. Included for
group value.
